Bespoke Panel Mouldings & Shelves
Our Birmingham workshop manufactures custom panel mouldings, bespoke shelving, and interior trims to your exact specifications.
We work from your measurements, sketches, or samples to produce bespoke profiles, panelling strips, and made-to-measure shelving in moisture-resistant MDF or selected timber. No minimum order, nationwide delivery.

Share Your Specifications
Send across dimensions (height, width, thickness), material preference, any reference samples or sketches if you're matching an existing profile, and the quantity you need.
Tooling
Custom profiles need a dedicated moulding tool, which carries a one-time fee (typically £130–£190). The tool stays yours for future runs. Bespoke shelving doesn't require any tooling.
Quotation
Bespoke profiles cost similarly to standard profiles of equivalent dimensions, plus any tooling fee. Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% over £960 (inc. VAT), 7.5% over £1,560, and 10% over £2,160.
Production & Delivery
Once approved, manufacturing begins. Bespoke orders typically take around two weeks to produce, followed by delivery via our standard UK service.
