Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer if Wall Panels World is not at fault.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Policy Exemptions

Products we manufacture to order are exempt from the return policy. Should you decide to claim a refund based on the product being faulty, the product must be returned to us within fourteen days of receipt for our inspection, in the same condition and packaging as received by you. We are unable to refund shipping costs in such circumstances. Should the product be deemed to be faulty by us, we will dispatch a replacement product or a refund within 28 days.

In the occurrence of a failed or late delivery on a specified date or time agreed by our telesales team, Wall Panels World are not liable for any direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss).

Goods that are ordered incorrectly can be returned but are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The customer may be charged for the collection of the goods and will only be entitled to 50% of the material value.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all of our products (excludes samples) when you spend just £30! On orders below this amount, a delivery charge of £14.99 will apply. The majority of products we offer will be delivered within just 3-7 working days.

We utilise Royal Mail for delivery of our samples, starting at just £1.99 for up to 4 samples. The more samples that you add, the higher the delivery cost.

We also offer an upgraded service - Super Fast Delivery! Choosing this option speeds up the delivery time to within just 3 working days.

We can deliver to virtually any address in the UK. Note that third part couriers may be utilised for some parts of the UK.

The day you place the order does not count as a working day. If you place an order on a Tuesday, the first working day would be Wednesday. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, the first working day would be Tuesday (treated as if the order was placed on a Monday). See below for more information:

Order placed on Monday > first working day is Tuesday
Order placed on Tuesday > first working day is Wednesday
Order placed on Wednesday > first working day is Thursday
Order placed on Thursday > first working day is Friday
Order placed on Friday > first working day is Monday
Order placed on Saturday > first working day is Tuesday
Order placed on Sunday > first working day is Tuesday

*Our standard delivery window is within 3-7 working days on our MDF Wall Panelling products. All other products we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days but we recommend allowing up to 10 working days. If you require more information, our customer service team are on hand to help.

We cannot be held responsible for any losses as a result of a late delivery. We strongly recommend that you have the products to hand before booking in trades to install them.

Please note: our delivery options only cover delivery to the UK (not explicitly). If you need delivery outside of our serviced areas (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands, Islands), please contact us for a delivery quote.

Our free standard delivery option covers 95% of the UK. Unfortunately, the other 5% require us to use a third party courier or charge an extra fee (we cannot reach them at this time with our own delivery fleet without incurring additional costs). If you're not able to select free delivery, a standard delivery price will be available to choose.

All deliveries made are kerbside deliveries - we are not able to bring orders into your home / workplace.
