Standard Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

- We cover return costs if we made an error

Made to Order Products
Products we manufacture to order are exempt from the standard return policy.
Many of our wall panels, panel mouldings, and wall panelling strips are made to your specifications. These items cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please follow these steps:
Note: We are unable to refund shipping costs for faulty items. However, if the item is confirmed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the product itself.
Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
In many cases, you'll receive your refund more quickly than this.

Delivery delays: In the occurrence of a failed or late delivery, Wall Panels World Ltd is not liable for any direct loss, loss of business, or profits. We strongly recommend having products in hand before booking tradespeople to install them.
Checking deliveries: We recommend checking parcels while the driver is present. Any damage should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Safe place deliveries: Once goods are left in a specified safe place, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
