Scope
We publish customer reviews and “review information” (for example star ratings, review counts and summaries). This policy explains how we collect, display and moderate reviews to comply with UK consumer law.
What we prohibit
- Fake reviews. We do not buy, sell, solicit or publish reviews that are not based on a genuine experience.
- Concealed incentivised reviews. If a review is incentivised, this must be made clear to readers.
- Employees, contractors and suppliers must not review our products or services.
How we invite reviews
- We invite customers in neutral terms. We do not gate invitations or suppress negative feedback.
- Issue resolution is not conditional on leaving a positive review.
- Where possible we mark reviews from confirmed purchasers as “Verified”.
How we display reviews on this site
- Product pages: ratings and reviews relate only to that product or variant.
- Google store badge (where shown): labelled “Shop rating by Google” and links to Google’s page for our domain.
- We do not merge reviews across materially different products or present review information in a way that could mislead.
Moderation and removals
- We take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent and remove banned reviews and misleading review information.
- We remove or redact content only if it is illegal, contains personal data, hate speech, threats, spam, is clearly off-topic, or is a banned review.
- If we remove banned reviews, we promptly correct affected star ratings, counts and summaries.
Reporting a concern
Use any “Report” option shown with a review or contact us at info@wallpanelsworld.co.uk with the page URL, and your reason. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Reviews vs complaints
Posting a public review is different from making a complaint. If you want us to fix a problem, please use our customer service channels. Genuine reviews about your experience may still be published.

We use third-party systems to collect and display reviews, but we remain responsible for compliance and periodically assess those providers’ policies and controls.
