Materials Required
How Will I Receive My Order?
Your panelling will be delivered in full-length strips (2440mm or 3050mm), as selected. This allows for flexibility on-site, giving you the control to cut each strip to the exact dimensions required for your custom layout above. We recommend saving your plan before proceeding to the cart. This ensures you have a clear reference for installation.
What is the Length Option?
Wall panelling strips are supplied in two sizes, 2440mm (2.4m) and 3050mm (3.05m) . Regardless of which option you choose, you will receive the full length of panelling required to panel your wall according to your specifications. The amount of excess material may vary depending on the option you choose, and the price will also vary. 2440mm lengths are often more suited for shorter walls and are easier to handle, whereas 3050mm lengths may require fewer cuts.
The longer lengths are normally the most ideal, especially if you have long walls, as you will have fewer joins (if any). However, if you live in a smaller home with short walls throughout, the shorter lengths may be more beneficial (they are also easier to store and handle).
What is the Finish Option?
The finish option allows you to customise the paint of the strips. You can choose to have the panelling strips undercoated (sprayed white, sanded, with primer and undercoat applied), primed (sprayed white with primer applied), unprimed (left as bare material), or matt grey.
Excess Material
Excess material indicates the length of material which is not required for the panelling configuration, however, you may find that during cutting and installation, material will be lost, therefore the excess material can ensure that you have enough material to complete your project. If you're unsure, we recommend adding a couple of extra panelling strips in the checkout.
